Description

The Vannefold™ single-use valve manifold block from Alphinity integrates multiple VannX™ motorised diaphragm valves into a compact, cleanable, gamma-ready single-use assembly designed for high-density flow-control in bioprocess systems. Ideal for upstream perfusion, buffer/media management, filter skids and modular disposable skids, Vannefold™ minimises internal fluid volume, reduces system footprint and streamlines tubing path complexity by consolidating 2–5 valves into a single moulded polypropylene module. With series or parallel configurations, ultra-low dead-leg design and compatibility across cell therapy, mRNA, vaccine and biologics manufacturing, this valve manifold block enables faster set-up, fewer fittings, shorter qualification cycles and reliable operation in 14-day, 30-day or 60-day continuous campaigns.
