A robust, fully pneumatic system designed to meter, mix, and dispense two-component materials with viscosities from 50,000 to 10 million cps at a fixed 1:1 ratio. Optimized for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and versatile enough for epoxies, urethanes, dyes, paints, and food-grade applications, this machine delivers up to 600 cc/min combined output with pressures up to 5000 psi. Its all-pneumatic operation requires no electricity, making it ideal for industrial, medical, and cleanroom environments.
