How Production Metering & Mixing Works
Metering silicone at production volume means holding a fixed ratio across an entire shift, not just a single shot. The MB-600-X draws Part A and Part B from separate 5-gallon pails, meters each component at a locked 1:1 ratio, and dispenses through a static mixer at up to 600 cc/min. The result is a metering system silicone manufacturers can rely on for continuous, drift-free production runs.

This platform's metering mixing silicone dispensing sequence uses the same fixed-ratio principle validated on the Benchtop LSR Metering & Mixing System, so formulations qualified at bench scale carry forward unchanged when they move to production.
