Description
Aquasyn’s two-way weir-type diaphragm valves are the foundation of our product line, and a trusted standard throughout the high-purity industry. Built for versatility, each valve can be configured with a wide range of options including body style, diaphragm material, surface finish, and end connections to meet the exact needs of your application.
Machined from solid 316L stainless steel bar stock with controlled sulfur content, our valves meet ASME BPE standards for material integrity and surface quality. Available with manual or pneumatic actuation, every Aquasyn two-way valve reflects our commitment to process safety, performance, and hygienic design.
Features
- Sizes from ¼″ to 6″ for broad process compatibility
- ASME BPE-compliant bodies machined from 316L bar stock
- Controlled sulfur (0.005–0.017%) and ferrite < 0.5% for material consistency
- Surface finishes from 25 Ra to 5 Ra, available mechanical or electropolished
- Exterior radiused and sloped for easy wash-down and CIP/COP cleanability
- Integral sealing ridge reduces entrapment and enhances hygienic performance
- Manual and pneumatic actuators available
- Drain angle marks etched on end connections for proper self-draining installation
- End connection options: hygienic clamp, butt weld, orbital weld, and custom types
- Exotic materials available upon request: Hastelloy®*, AL6XN®**, Titanium
- Fully traceable with Material Test Reports (MTRs) and heat numbers provided as standard
