A compact, fully pneumatic system designed for precise metering, mixing, and dispensing of two-component materials with viscosities ranging from 50,000 to 10 million cps at a fixed 1:1 ratio. Based on the robust MB-600 platform, this benchtop model is ideal for applications requiring smaller batch volumes or portable setup. Optimized for liquid silicone rubber (LSR), it also supports a wide range of other materials including epoxies, urethanes, and food-grade products. Its lightweight design and cartridge-based supply make it perfect for benchtop or mobile configurations in cleanroom, R&D, and low-to-mid volume production environments.
