Manual Bonnet Valves

Description

Aquasyn’s manual bonnets are engineered for reliable, long-term performance in critical process environments. Machined from high-grade stainless steel, each bonnet is built to tight tolerances to ensure smooth operation, accurate flow control, and leak-free closure. Our patented Tork-Tite® feet precisely align the diaphragm with the valve weir, delivering consistent compression and dependable shut-off over thousands of cycles.

For demanding biopharm cleaning protocols, Aquasyn also offers a patent-pending submersible bonnet assembly. Designed for clean-out-of-place (COP) and autoclavable environments, this lightweight yet robust bonnet is available in sizes from ¼" to 2", providing a compact solution with industry-leading cleanability and performance.
