The PIXER® P0 is Alphinity’s smallest single-use pump, purpose-built for early-stage bioprocess development and low-volume fluid handling. Designed for R&D, benchtop studies and small-scale process development, the P0 provides gentle, low-shear diaphragm pumping ideal for fragile materials including viral vectors, plasmids, mRNA, media, buffers and early cell therapy formulations. Its lightweight polypropylene body and vertical inlet orientation reduce hold-up volume, improve drainability and minimise product loss—critical for expensive research materials or high-value pre-clinical batches.

As a sterile, gamma-ready disposable pump, the PIXER P0 eliminates cleaning, validation and system turnaround time, enabling rapid iteration during development cycles.
