The PIXER® P30 is a high-capacity single-use pump designed for manufacturing-scale bioprocessing, offering the performance needed for large-volume buffer/media delivery, downstream processing, and continuous manufacturing. Its diaphragm-based pumping mechanism reduces shear compared with centrifugal or peristaltic systems, protecting shear-sensitive materials such as mRNA, viral vectors, proteins and cell-derived products at higher flow rates.

Built for integration into industrial single-use systems, the P30 features a gamma-ready, fully drainable polypropylene design with a vertical inlet orientation that minimises hold-up volume across long production runs. Its robust construction supports large-scale filtration trains (TFF, depth filtration, ultrafiltration/diafiltration), high-flow mixing systems, harvest operations and aseptic transfer across GMP facilities.
