The PIXER® P40 is the flagship single-use pump in Alphinity’s lineup, designed for high-throughput bioprocessing in GMP manufacturing environments. Powered by Polymorphic Pump Technology® (PPT®), the P40 delivers ultra-low shear and pulsation, ensuring the safe handling of high-value biologics with maximum product recovery via its free-draining vertical orientation. Ideal for point-of-use buffer dilution, mixing surge or pooling vessels, and large-scale TFF systems, the P20 supports flow rates of 210 L/min. Its customizable inlet and outlet configurations, provide system designers with unparalleled flexibility. The P40 is the ultimate solution for scalable, high-efficiency bioprocessing.
