The PIXER® P40 is the highest-capacity single-use pump in the Alphinity PIXER platform, purpose-built for commercial-scale bioprocessing where maximum flow, low shear and sterile disposable operation are required. Capable of handling the largest buffer/media volumes, long-duration continuous processes and high-throughput GMP manufacturing, the P40 is ideal for mRNA vaccine production, large biologics campaigns, downstream purification operations, and bulk formulation or filling steps.

It's gamma-ready polypropylene construction and clean, vertical flow path deliver drainable, low hold-up volume pumping even at commercial-scale flow rates. Compared with peristaltic pumping at very large volumes, the diaphragm-driven PIXER P40 maintains product integrity with significantly reduced mechanical stress. This makes it suitable for high-sensitivity biologics, high-value intermediates and extended continuous manufacturing runs.
